STOCK ISSUES
It is very rare but your orders may delay because of the flowers we don't have. In cases like this, you will absolutely be reached from your contact phone numbers or e-mail adresses. In order to do that, you have to fill your information forms completely.

PAYMENT WITH TRANSFER
When you shop with transfer, the beginning of your delivery while will be the time your transfer reaches our account, instead of the minute you ordered. In order to speed up this process you can fax or e-mail your detailed account to us.

RECEIPT INFORMATION

In your orders through Flowers Delivery, you have to fill the sections "Sender" and "Receipt" on "Delivery Information" page carefully. In any possible wrong-went situation you will be reached.
